GREEN HELL MAILORDER GUIDE
We only ship once an order is complete! This applies even if the release date of a title is postponed by the label/manufacturer/distributor.
We do not split orders automatically. If you expect the records to be shipped on the respective release date, please order accordingly! If one title in your order is released 3 months later than all the others, we will therefore ship 3 months later than you might expect. Splitting an order into two orders affords communication with the customer (you) and might lead to extra shipping costs, as shipping is not free.
The coloured traffic light marking directly below the item means:
‘in stock’ in green = in stock and ready for immediate dispatch via DHL
‘low stock level’ in orange = in stock, but unfortunately only very few, maybe only one copy
‘currently out of stock’ in red = unfortunately not in stock nor in our warehouse nor our store (at present), the record must be ordered from the wholesaler, which usually takes about 2-3 working days minimum, subject to availability from the supplier. Delivery times can vary greatly, depending on the supplier (imports from the US or UK take significantly longer, and reissues, even of new releases, can take several months since the pandemic).
- It is generally possible to combine items from our mail order (here) and our Discogs shop (here) in one single order to save on shipping costs. To do so, it is essential to indicate this in both orders! We will then get back to you with a total final amount. Titles that appear in the Discogs shop but not in the mailorder are generally one-offs.
- We only sell NEW ITEMS in our mailorder shop at www.greenhell.de. That is why you do not find any information about the item conditions: they are all brand new.
- However, we do purchase used records for our store, including entire collections. Please contact ankauf@greenhell.de to speak to the boss, Frank, personally.
