The reality of that is told by 30 bands from 14 countries in Tim Hackemacks new book "Hit the stage". From South Korea, through Argentina to Poland musicians talk about boredom on the road, the trouble to find gigs, the music business and tell stories about their tour life. To round up the interviews Tim Hackemack toured himself to take more than 1000 photos from big venues, festivals and lots of small clubs.
